Since joining the team, Ryan has committed himself to CPT, quickly becoming a key part of the leadership team. His hands-on approach, willingness to learn, and ability to support the delivery of major projects have already had a significant impact across the company.

Ryan brings extensive experience from the car park repair and waterproofing sector, alongside a strong academic background, holding an MSc in Building Surveying. Commenting on his promotion, Ryan said:

“Over the past year and a half since joining CPT, I have fully immersed myself in the business and have enjoyed it from the moment I arrived. This business has so much potential and I am excited to continue working with the great team and to grow the business, while maintaining the excellent levels of customer service and attention to detail that we are so well known for. It is an honour to represent this business as a director and I look forward to the years ahead.”

Ryan’s promotion reflects both his contribution to date and the important role he will play in CPT’s future growth.

Sam Wheelhouse celebrates 10 years with CPT this year and has been promoted to Technical Design Manager.

Sam joined CPT in 2016 and has progressed through several roles, including Production Manager and Project Manager, before stepping into his current position. Alongside his role progression, Sam has also advanced through the BS EN ISO 15257 Corrosion Technician qualification levels, strengthening CPT’s technical expertise.

In his new role, Sam leads cathodic protection designs, provides technical support, and oversees projects across multiple sectors. His work has taken him throughout the UK, Europe, and Australia and his technical knowledge and leadership continue to be a vital asset to the business.

Warren Carr Promoted to Operations Manager

He has been a key contributor to the successful delivery of over one million anodes during his time at CPT and has played an important role in product and process development, site work, and operational improvement. Warren also completed a Business Management course at Nottingham University in 2023 and is ISO Internal Auditor trained.
